At SPARK PAWS, we want you and your dog to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, hair-free condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are clean and free of pet hair; place them back in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
